Terms & Conditions

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). An order is a request to buy; it becomes binding when we confirm it. If a product is mispriced or unavailable we will contact you before processing any payment adjustment.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, and to cancel any order that appears to be placed by a reseller or distributor without prior written consent.

We accept cash on delivery and verified online payments as offered at checkout. Orders with pending payment verification are shipped only after confirmation.

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment partners. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by location and courier conditions outside our control. Delivery charges are calculated based on your district.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. If a package is damaged on arrival, please photograph it before opening and contact support within 48 hours.

Eligible items may be returned within the return window stated on the product page, unused and in original packaging. Contact our support team to start a return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the reason for return. Non-returnable items (innerwear, personalized goods, perishables) are clearly marked on the product page.
